Privacy Guidelines

These Privacy Guidelines describe the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information through the IN3.ORG web site. "Personal Information" means information that would enable someone to contact you: your full name, address, telephone number, email address or other identifying data.

SUBMITTED INFORMATION

We collect Personal Information when you contact us for more data or subscribe to one of our email lists. We don't make the lists or your Personal Information available to any third party. You can easily unsubscribe from any of our lists through a link on the mailing itself or by sending a note to webmaster@in3.org.

BROWSING DATA

Our server collects information indirectly and automatically in the process of serving up pages to you. We use a simple cookie that is not linked to Personal Information to track usage through our site. We analyze the aggregated usage data to manage the site and to improve the content.

Separately, our media and commerce partners (like Amazon.com) may track usage data on the content they link to the IN3.ORG site. They have their own privacy policies. (For example, see the Amazon.com Privacy Notice.) We do not share your Personal Information with them.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Although we may disclose aggregated information about the use of IN3.ORG, that information does not contain Personal Information. Generally, we do not disclose Personal Information to third parties. However, we may share Personal Information with our contractors and service providers in order to maintain, enhance, or add to the functionality of the site. If IN3.ORG becomes part of another organization, the new organization will continue these same Privacy Guidelines regarding your Personal Information.

We cannot ensure that your Personal Information will not be disclosed to third parties. For example, we may be legally obligated to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may circumvent our security measures to unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.

SECURITY

IN3.ORG follows industry standard measures to protect against unauthorized access to and unlawful interception or processing of Personal Information. However, no internet site can fully eliminate security risks.
