CURRICULUM SILICAE

Jack Powers

On a long railroad trip, I made a list of all the technologies that I've learned, used, helped develop, marketed, written about or brainstormed. Many of the earlier entries will only be of interest to historians, a few are household names, all of them together made us what we are.

What strikes me now is how cool, how leading edge, how miraculous they all were in their time. These great ideas built careers and fortunes ... and some of them changed the world.
